ClubOps Global by Web Vine Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any unrelated SaaS company using the same or a similar name. This is a self-hosted, WordPress-based facility operations platform delivered through Web Vine Studio.
ClubOps Global includes free basic support for eligible license holders through built-in Support Tickets, local ticket history, safe diagnostics, email routing to Web Vine support, and optional Support Hub sync.
Eligible license holders can create support tickets directly from ClubOps Global. Tickets are saved in the facility install, emailed to Web Vine support, and can include safe diagnostics when needed.
Eligible license holders have a built-in way to request help with ClubOps Global.
Staff can submit bug reports, support requests, and feature requests from inside the plugin.
Each ticket stays connected to the facility install so support history can be reviewed later.
Tickets are emailed to Web Vine support by default without asking the facility to configure technical routing fields.
When enabled, tickets can include safe environment details that make troubleshooting faster.
The ClubOps Support Hub can receive, assign, answer, and close tickets from licensed installs.
