The 2.0 release brings the customer-facing portal, staff operations, billing recovery, built-in support tickets, launch tooling, multi-payer checkout, and account workflows closer together inside a self-hosted operations engine delivered through the WordPress stack you control.

Platform, not a plugin stack

WordPress is the delivery layer. ClubOps Global is the operations engine.

ClubOps Global captures WordPress plugin search intent because it installs into WordPress, but it should not be classified as a lightweight booking plugin or a pile of disconnected add-ons.

It is a vertical facility operations platform with connected systems for resources, reservations, memberships, billing workflows, split payments, waivers, check-ins, staff actions, CRM follow-ups, live boards, public pages, PWA access, and launch readiness.

Unified ArchitectureOne platform layer for daily facility operations.

ClubOps Global brings booking, member access, billing visibility, staff workflows, public pages, CRM, and reporting into one purpose-built operations system.

Not a plugin stackBuilt to replace scattered tools, not depend on them.

WooCommerce can handle payment handoff, but the facility workflow logic lives in ClubOps Global: resources, reservations, packages, split payments, access checks, live boards, and staff actions.

Product categoryBuilt as a platform.

ClubOps Global is described as a platform because it connects bookings, billing, memberships, staff workflows, support, and daily facility operations in one system.

The Facility Story

A booking is only the beginning.

A real club has a chain reaction behind every reservation: member status, pricing, package credits, waiver rules, front-desk access, program rosters, billing notices, staff coverage, cancellations, and follow-up. ClubOps connects those pieces instead of scattering them across unrelated plugins.

01

A guest books or joins.

Public booking, membership checkout, account creation, account claim, member codes, and WooCommerce customer linking keep the person connected to the right record.

02

The system checks the operational rules.

Member/non-member pricing, package credits, unlimited plan eligibility, holds, conflicts, waiver status, household coverage, and payment state are treated as part of the same flow.

03

Staff can actually run the day.

Access Check, digital member cards, live boards, rosters, waitlists, attendance, staff schedules, cancellations, make-up credits, and CRM tasks give the front desk and managers usable tools.

04

Ownership keeps visibility.

Billing Center, recovery notices, activity logs, import dry-runs, reports, and CRM pipeline views help the operator see what is due, what changed, and what needs follow-up.

Alternative To Closed Systems

Built for facilities that want control.

ClubOps Global is positioned for facilities evaluating large club management platforms, especially when monthly platform costs, limited customization, or closed ecosystems are the problem.

Expanded Operations Layer

The staff, billing, roster, and CRM pieces facilities ask for after launch.

The current branch is not only a booking/member portal. It includes support tools needed by front desk staff, managers, billing staff, coaches, and operators reviewing leads, attendance, payments, access, and follow-up work.

01

Manage courts, golf bays, cornhole lanes, rooms, and other resources with conflict protection, booking windows, member pricing, holds, staff visibility, blocks, and status-aware live boards.

02

Memberships, Packages & Credits

Create tiers, credit packs, unlimited plans, member discounts, billing methods, commitment months, public checkout, package credits, and member portal workflows.

05

06

Staff Schedule & CRM Pipeline

Create shifts, prevent overlap, export schedules, assign follow-ups, send reminders, move records through pipeline stages, track value, and export current views.

Appointment plugins solve appointments.

  • A service, a staff member, a time slot, and a payment can be enough for salons, consultants, trainers, and simple service bookings.
  • That model strains when a facility also needs resources, memberships, waivers, check-ins, packages, programs, events, billing, and live boards.
  • Layering all of that with disconnected snippets can make the website fragile and hard to operate.

Facilities need operations.

  • Courts, bays, lanes, rooms, member pricing, guest leads, account claims, package credits, and program capacity have to talk to each other.
  • Front desk workflows, rosters, waivers, staff roles, access checks, household coverage, and billing notices need one operational source of truth.
  • ClubOps is built from the facility-management category first, not from a generic appointment calendar with club features duct-taped on.
Current Compatibility

Ready for modern WordPress and WooCommerce installs.

ClubOps Global 2.0.0 is built for current facility websites and WooCommerce-powered payment workflows, including paid bookings, memberships, packages, program registrations, and Stage 1 monthly membership Pay Now orders.

WordPress7.0 Ready

Designed for current admin and front-end workflows, including modern block/editor-era installs and custom landing pages.

WooCommerce10.8.x Ready

Works with WooCommerce-powered paid reservations, membership purchases, checkout links, payment holds, and order tracking.

Install ModelPlatform Package

Installs into WordPress, but the operating layer is ClubOps Global: resources, billing, staff workflows, CRM, public pages, live boards, and member access under your control.

WooCommerce is recommended for paid checkout, payment holds, memberships, packages, and order-based workflows. Request-only booking and many operational tools can still run without WooCommerce active.
Large Facility Ready

Built for serious, high-volume facility operations.

Many large and high-volume facilities are moving to ClubOps Global because they want a unified operating system for bookings, memberships, billing, gift cards, waivers, staff workflows, CRM, live boards, support tickets, public pages, and member access without being locked into closed monthly SaaS.

Free basic support is included for eligible ClubOps Global license holders through the built-in Support Tickets system. Advanced launch setup, migrations, custom modules, custom integrations, extended support, and major feature work can still be quoted separately when needed.

Platform classification: ClubOps Global is a WordPress club management platform and not a series of plugins. It is a single "plugin" because it installs into WordPress, but its feature surface is that of a self-hosted facility operations platform. WordPress handles the delivery layer. ClubOps Global handles the operations engine.
Built for facility operators: ClubOps Global gives clubs a self-hosted operations platform that runs through WordPress while keeping the daily business logic connected in one system: bookings, memberships, billing, staff workflows, CRM, waivers, check-ins, live boards, public pages, and member access.

Before you buy.

Is ClubOps Global a monthly SaaS platform?

No. ClubOps Global is a commercial WordPress-powered platform sold through one-time license packages. It is designed for facilities that want more control over their website and operational stack.

Does ClubOps Global automatically charge saved cards for monthly memberships?

The safe default is WooCommerce Pay-Now Notices. WooCommerce mode sends payment notices and checkout links, while ClubOps tracks due dates, grace periods, suspension, and recovery notices. A separate Gateway Recurring Billing mode is reserved for direct gateway/token billing where the gateway supports recurring charges.

What kind of facilities can use it?

ClubOps is built for booking/resource facilities such as pickleball clubs, court facilities, golf simulator centers, training facilities, indoor sports centers, gyms, and similar membership-based locations.

Does it handle rosters, attendance, waitlists, and cancellations?

Yes. Program rosters support attendance statuses, waitlist positions, staff promotion, roster messaging, program cancellation, refund/credit follow-up, and make-up credit creation when a paid cancelled session should become usable credit.

Does ClubOps Global include staff scheduling and CRM tools?

Yes. The current branch includes Staff Schedule for shifts and coverage planning, CRM Follow-Ups for assigned member/lead tasks, and CRM Pipeline for lead stages, source tracking, estimated value, next-contact dates, inline updates, and CSV exports.

Can the plugin be redistributed or resold?

No. The license does not allow resale, redistribution, repackaging, uploading to plugin clubs, or selling ClubOps Global as a competing product. Use is limited to the license package purchased.
