Many large and high-volume facilities are moving to ClubOps Global because they want a unified WordPress-powered operating system for bookings, memberships, billing, gift cards, waivers, staff workflows, CRM, live boards, public pages, and member access without relying on closed monthly SaaS or a scattered plugin stack.
Free basic support is included for eligible ClubOps Global license holders through the built-in Support Ticket system. Advanced launch setup, migrations, custom modules, custom integrations, and major feature work can be quoted separately when needed.
Court, open play, simulator, and competition operations
ClubOps Global supports facility workflows such as challenge courts, paddle queue management, open play rotation, skill-level sessions, no-show handling, recurring permanent reservations, guest limits by membership, simulator-specific booking rules, resource booking for golf bays and courts, and kiosk check-in.
For competitive programming, ClubOps Global also supports league scheduling and scoring, tournament brackets, court conflict resolution, and DUPR-ready workflows for facilities that use DUPR as part of leagues, ladders, or tournament operations.
Free basic support through built-in ClubOps Support Tickets
ClubOps Global includes free basic support for eligible license holders through an internal Support Ticket system. Facility staff can report bugs, request help, submit support questions, and send feature requests directly from the plugin.
Support tickets are saved locally, emailed to Web Vine support automatically, and can sync to the central ClubOps Support Hub when available. The hub gives Web Vine a structured way to receive, assign, answer, and close tickets from licensed ClubOps installs.
This matters because facility operations software should not rely only on a long feature list. ClubOps Global combines a broad operational feature set with a built-in support path, safe diagnostics, ticket history, and a direct support workflow for real facilities.
