Build tour pages around searchable phrases, location intent, activity intent, and customer questions.
TourOps is a WordPress booking and operations system for tour operators, DMCs, activity providers, boat charters, and experience brands that want ownership of the customer journey, reseller channels, booking data, and checkout flow instead of handing the whole funnel to a generic marketplace.
The page needs to sell the story: a visitor finds the tour, understands the experience, chooses the option, submits the details, and lands in a cleaner operating flow your team can actually manage.
Story-driven tour page, clear options, trust signals, and a direct booking path.
Most tour tools solve one narrow problem: take a booking. TourOps is built around the bigger sales story. The page, the offer, the trust signals, the options, and the operational handoff all need to work together.
TourOps is designed to support the journey a real customer takes before they commit. They need to understand the experience, compare the offer, trust the operator, and send the right details.
Build tour pages around searchable phrases, location intent, activity intent, and customer questions.
Show what is included, who it is for, what to expect, and why the experience is worth booking.
Support clear options for private tours, shared trips, group sizes, date preferences, and custom requests.
Collect useful booking details without turning the form into a wall of friction.
Give your team the information needed to follow up, verify availability, and move the customer forward.
TourOps keeps the offer, the website, and the request flow in one WordPress-first system so the sales experience can match your brand instead of a third-party template.
Create structured tour and activity pages with customer-focused copy, highlights, details, and clear calls to action.
Support different tour styles, group needs, custom details, and lead capture without forcing every offer into one rigid flow.
Collect the information your team needs before confirmation: date, party size, contact details, tour type, and request notes.
Keep landing pages indexable, readable, fast, and organized around real customer search terms.
Keep the brand, page structure, content, links, and customer experience on your WordPress site.
Add partner storefronts, reseller dashboards, commission tracking, QR-code sales pages, and connector-ready OTA/API workflows when the operation grows.
A third-party system can be useful, but it often creates a branded disconnect between the page that sells the tour and the booking path that collects the customer.
TourOps keeps the tour, the story, the trust signals, and the request path closer to the site you control, so the whole customer experience feels like one system.
Use it for tour brands where the story, trust, and booking request matter just as much as the calendar.
TourOps Global has moved beyond a tour page builder. The current v1.19.x line includes approved reseller front-end access, QR-code partner landing pages, manual commission payout tracking, cleaner customer booking flows, setup health checks, and connector-ready OTA/API structure.
Resellers can request access, but they cannot simply sign up and start selling. Operators approve or reject access, map users to reseller accounts, and control what each reseller can see.
Create reseller landing pages that can be turned into physical QR-code cards for hotels, concierge desks, travel partners, and sales agents. The reseller can show their logo, assigned tours, and custom pricing.
Operators can manually track reseller commission without needing Stripe Connect or automatic payouts. Mark commissions unpaid, paid, or waived and record the paid amount, date, method, and internal note.
Reseller bookings still use the same TourOps customer flow as direct bookings: terms acceptance, waiver support, voucher delivery, QR check-in, customer portal, and WooCommerce/Stripe payment handoff.
TourOps can create or refresh a full demo environment for showing the system off. The setup health check helps catch missing pages, shortcode formatting mistakes, license state, WooCommerce readiness, and reseller demo issues.
TourOps is built to support reseller, partner, and approved API-based marketplace workflows. OTA connections still depend on third-party API approval, credentials, fees, and requirements, but TourOps is structured for that path.
TourOps is for operators who want the booking path to feel like part of the brand: clear, searchable, trustworthy, and built around the way real customers decide.
