Refund & Return Policy

Web Vine Marketing sells downloadable software, source code, interface kits, templates, applications, digital assets, and other intangible products. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

What This Covers

Digital Products Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to all downloadable, licensed, electronically delivered, or otherwise intangible products sold by Web Vine Marketing, including but not limited to:

  • WordPress plugins, extensions, add-ons, and custom software packages
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other source-code products
  • UI kits, interface sections, website templates, components, and design systems
  • Desktop, mobile, web, and progressive web applications
  • Digital graphics, 3D assets, presets, documentation, files, and downloadable resources
  • License keys, activation credentials, private download links, updates, and digital access
  • Any bundled digital product, bonus file, or electronically delivered material

These items are not physical merchandise. Nothing is shipped back to Web Vine Marketing, and there is no physical item that can be inspected, restocked, or resold as unopened inventory.

Nature of Digital Goods

Why Digital Product Sales Are Final

Digital products can be downloaded, copied, stored, installed, reviewed, modified, or retained immediately after delivery. Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be reliably “returned” in a way that confirms every copy has been deleted or that the purchaser no longer has access to the code, design, documentation, or other intellectual property.

For that reason, Web Vine Marketing does not provide refunds based on a change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the description, lack of use, inability to complete a project, or a decision that the product is no longer needed.

All customers are encouraged to review the complete product page, available demonstrations, screenshots, feature descriptions, version information, technical requirements, license scope, and support terms before completing checkout.

Support Instead of Return

Download, Delivery, and File Problems

A delivery or access problem does not make a digital purchase returnable. When a verified technical delivery issue occurs, Web Vine Marketing may provide reasonable assistance such as:

  • Restoring access to a valid download
  • Providing a replacement copy of a corrupted or incomplete archive
  • Correcting a license-key or account-access issue
  • Confirming the correct installation file or documentation
  • Investigating a verified duplicate billing transaction or processing error

Customers should contact Web Vine Marketing with the order email address, order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue. Support is intended to help deliver the product purchased; it does not convert the purchase into a refundable transaction.

Review Before Purchase

Compatibility, Hosting, and Third-Party Systems

Web Vine Marketing cannot guarantee compatibility with every website configuration, server, host, browser, operating system, WordPress version, theme, plugin, API, payment gateway, page builder, security tool, caching service, or third-party platform.

A refund will not be issued because a customer’s environment does not meet published requirements, conflicts with another product, has been modified, is incorrectly configured, lacks required third-party access, or is affected by a third-party update or service change.

Product descriptions identify the intended use and available requirements to the extent reasonably practical. The customer is responsible for evaluating suitability before purchase, maintaining backups, using a staging environment when appropriate, and confirming that they have the technical ability and permissions necessary to install or use the product.

Custom Work

Professional Services, Deposits, and Project Payments

Custom web development, design, SEO, plugin development, application development, 3D work, consulting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other professional services are governed by the applicable written agreement, proposal, invoice, Statement of Work, or project terms.

Unless a signed written agreement expressly states otherwise:

  • Deposits, retainers, reservation payments, and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed work, delivered milestones, research, discovery, setup, or time already performed are non-refundable.
  • Client cancellation does not erase payment obligations for work completed or resources reserved before cancellation.
  • Unused time, delayed client responses, abandoned projects, or a client’s decision not to launch do not automatically create a refund right.
  • Any approved cancellation, credit, or adjustment must be stated in writing by Web Vine Marketing.

When a signed project agreement conflicts with this page, the signed project agreement controls for that specific project.

Where Applicable

Subscriptions, Renewals, Support Plans, and Recurring Charges

Some products or services may include recurring licensing, hosting-related support, maintenance, updates, monitoring, or subscription access. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase or in the applicable agreement.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, recurring charges already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the cancellation becomes effective; it does not reverse a completed billing period.

Canceling a subscription may end access to future updates, support, hosted features, premium services, account tools, or license activations associated with that subscription.

Billing Disputes

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payment Claims

Customers should contact Web Vine Marketing before opening a payment dispute so that any delivery error, duplicate transaction, or account issue can be investigated.

Filing a chargeback does not create a right to keep or continue using a digital product without payment. When a transaction is reversed, disputed, or reported as unauthorized, Web Vine Marketing may suspend related download access, support, updates, hosted services, accounts, and licenses while the matter is reviewed.

Fraudulent disputes, false unauthorized-payment claims, or continued use of a product after payment reversal may constitute a violation of the applicable license and Terms of Service.

Mandatory Rights

Exceptions Required by Applicable Law

This policy is intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.

When applicable law requires a refund or other remedy despite this policy, Web Vine Marketing will provide only the remedy legally required under the circumstances. Any discretionary exception made in one case does not create an ongoing obligation or change this policy for other purchases.
