Licensed Reseller Terms

Approval allows assigned sales, not unrestricted use of the brand.

Every reseller is reviewed individually. Web Vine Marketing controls approval, the private commission percentage, assigned products, tracking, customer terms, and payout eligibility.

Approval is mandatorySubmitting an application does not authorize selling. Reseller privileges begin only after Web Vine Marketing approves the account and assigns eligible WooCommerce products.
Only assigned products may be soldA licensed reseller may promote and sell only the products specifically assigned to that reseller account using approved tracking links and accurate Web Vine product information.
PayPal payouts onlyEligible payouts are processed during manual or date-selected reconciliation windows chosen by Web Vine Marketing. Payment is sent only to the PayPal email on file and remains subject to the 14-day commission hold and $25.00 minimum.
Web Vine sale terms controlCovered digital products, software licenses, implementation work, and service-based offerings are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. Resellers may not advertise or promise conflicting refund, cancellation, pricing, guarantee, support, licensing, or product terms.
No ownership is transferredApproval does not transfer Web Vine intellectual property, source ownership, trademarks, product rights, or authority beyond the written reseller relationship.
