Current Payout Rules

Your ledger separates pending, available, and paid commission.

The dashboard reflects the commission lifecycle. A completed sale may remain pending during the holding period before it becomes available for an eligible PayPal reconciliation.

Eligible payouts are processed during manual or date-selected reconciliation windows chosen by Web Vine Marketing.Eligible balances must meet the $25.00 minimum and are paid only to the PayPal email stored on the partner account.

14-day commission holdThe hold gives time for payment verification, cancellation issues, refunds, reversals, fraud checks, and chargebacks before commission becomes available.

Adjustments remain visibleInvalid or refunded transactions may reduce unpaid commission. A refund after payout may create a negative carry-forward adjustment instead of rewriting the original payout record.
